What we do: De-ice Truck and salt spreaders etc.. Maintenance Pro utilizes high Performance zero corrosion liquid Ice Melt which is comprised of salts and sugars for proactive or reactive applications to walks and lots.
Why we do it: This de-icer is a brine of Sodium Chloride that acts as the melting agent and a sugar which, reacts with the salt, lowers freezing points and acts as a corrosion inhibitor. Our goal in any snow event is to help reduce/mitigate all slips, trips, and falls; while also not harming the surrounding hardscape and equipment.
