What We Do: Maintenance Pro de-thatches lawns in the Spring (for warm-season grasses) and early fall (for cool-season grasses) targeting times prior to active lawn growth for both types of grasses to allow for healthy germination and growth periods.
Why we do it? Removing thatch or raking the dead brown/grey mat of grass from the healthy lawn helps to improve lawn vitality and allow room for additional grass growth. Reducing the dead organic matter on a growth surface allows for methane to escape the soil easier which if left, could stunt existing grass growth and suffocate opportunity for new growth.
From mowing to de-thatching and core aeration to weed control, we've got you covered.
